Hello, I’m Pam Vjestica, and I’ve been navigating the exciting world of real estate for over two decades. Proudly serving as a Broker Associate and Real Estate School Instructor in Florida, my journey began back in 1984 when I planted roots in the Sunshine State.
Before my Florida days, I had the privilege of contributing to one of Ontario’s top 3 Real Estate teams for a solid 9 years. Over my career, I’ve facilitated transactions exceeding $18 million and even earned an award for being a top negotiator – a testament to my passion for the art of the deal.

Pre Sales Associate License Day Class - 63 Hour Course
8:30am-5:45pm Monday through Sunday. The class lasts for seven days total, including exam on the last day. All 63-Hour salesperson pre-license courses are accredited.

Real Estate Broker License Day Class - 72 Hour Course
8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Sunday. The class lasts for seven days total, including exam on the last day. All 63-Hour salesperson pre-license courses are accredited.
