Hello, I’m Pam Vjestica, and I’ve been navigating the exciting world of real estate for over two decades. As a Florida Broker Associate and Real Estate Instructor, I lead Pinellas Bay real estate classes designed to help students gain real understanding, confidence, and practical skills.
My journey in Florida real estate began in 1984, and since then, I’ve facilitated transactions exceeding $18 million. I’ve also been recognized as a top negotiator, reflecting my passion for the art of the deal.
Before moving to Florida, I spent nine years contributing to one of Ontario’s top three real estate teams, gaining invaluable experience that continues to inform my teaching and brokerage today.

63-Hour Accelerated Program
This course is ideal for students who want a focused, immersive learning experience and can commit to a short, structured timeframe

In-Person Night Pre-Licensing
63-Hour Extended Program
This course is designed for students with demanding or nontraditional work schedules who need evening instruction and a longer-paced learning structure.

Self-Paced Online Pre-Licensing
63-Hour Online Program
This course is ideal for self-motivated students or those unable to attend in-person classes. Students may complete the course at their own pace.

Post Licensing for Sales Associates
45-Hour Required Education
This course is required for newly licensed Florida sales associates prior to their first license renewal. It may be completed early.

In-Person Broker Pre-Licensing
72-Hour Advanced Training
