Use the form below to pre-register for an upcoming class.
All books and materials are included in the price of the course including a packet of information to help you through the process of obtaining your Salesperson License. All materials will be provided on the first day of class.
Included in the packet is a Pearson Vue testing booklet to explain how to sign-up for the exam, step-by-step directions on what you need to do to become a licensed real estate salesperson in Florida, and much more information.
Please bring with you 2 different colored highlighters on the first day of class for the duration of it.

Discounts
Small military discount is available for active-duty service members, veterans, and qualifying family members.
Returning students may be eligible for a loyalty discount on post-licensing courses.
Students referred by a past or current student may qualify for a referral discount.
