This course is designed for students with demanding or nontraditional work schedules who need evening instruction and a longer-paced learning structure.

All 63-Hour salesperson pre-license courses accredited with the Florida Real Estate Commission. These mandatory courses were created to provide the most comprehensive coverage of all required aspects of the real estate industry; giving you a concrete foundation to pass your test and build your real estate career.

Schedule & Duration
- The course runs over two weeks, beginning on a Monday.
- Classes start at 5:00 PM.
- Sundays are not included.
- The final exam is held on the second Saturday and is three hours long.
