Florida Real Estate Courses
The Bay Area Academy of Real Estate offers both pre-licensing and post-licensing Florida Real Estate exam courses. Our classes help prepare you to pass the Florida exam, and start your new career on the right foot!
Our courses are designed to support students at every stage of their real estate career — from first-time pre-licensing to advanced broker education. We offer in-person and online options built around real understanding, supportive instruction, and long-term success.
Our in-person classes are intentionally small, engaging, and conversational. To enhance the learning experience, we often bring in guest speakers from the real estate industry to help bring class material to life. Lunch or treats are commonly included during in-person courses, and students receive a physical completion certificate along with an end-of-class group photo to celebrate the achievement.

Class Size & Learning Environment
In-person classes are capped at 10 students to preserve the quality of instruction and learning experience. On select occasions, limited additional seating may be offered, allowing up to 15 students while maintaining a focused and supportive classroom environment.
