Bay Area Academy of Real Estate has proudly operated in Pinellas County, Florida since 2019, A true mother & daughter family duo offering in-person real estate education designed for maximum impact and genuine learning success.
Our small, live classroom environment is intentional. Students never feel uncomfortable, overlooked, or rushed through material. Learning here is not about sitting quietly or memorizing content alone — it is about engaging, understanding, and growing through real conversation.
We base our instruction on real-world examples and life experiences, allowing students to ask questions freely, walk through scenarios, and truly understand the material. No one is told to “wait until later,” and no one is left feeling alone in the process.

Class Size and Learning Environment
Classes Capped to Protect Learning Quality
To protect the quality of instruction, classes are capped at 10 students. On occasion, limited additional seating may be offered, allowing up to a maximum of 15 students while still maintaining a focused and personal learning environment.
This structure allows for meaningful instructor interaction, comfortable group dynamics, real engagement, and accountability. Every student matters here.

Meet Pam, Lead Instructor
Pam is the mind and voice of the classroom and truly the only instructor you will ever need.
With over 30 years of real estate experience, Pam brings unmatched real-world knowledge into every class. She was a top-producing agent on a multi-million-dollar team with RE/MAX in Canada, and her career is filled with experiences that students do not just learn from — they remember.
Pam has a unique ability to communicate complex concepts in a way that resonates with everyone. Her teaching style is conversational, clear, and empowering, designed to move students confidently toward success.
Originally from Brooklyn, New York, and a Florida native through many chapters of life, Pam’s straightforward and honest approach is the foundation of the school’s “keep it real” philosophy.
Her mission in creating this school came from experience after working within education systems that made students feel unseen, unheard, and overwhelmed. She set out to build a school that does the opposite — one that supports, encourages, and genuinely prepares students for their future.

Meet Nicole — Operations and Student Support
Nicole is the heart and pen of the school.
If you receive an email, text message, or call back, it is usually Nicole on the other side. She manages the day-to-day operations and behind-the-scenes logistics that keep the school running smoothly.
From communication and administration to creativity, strategy, and overall experience improvement, Nicole works to ensure students feel supported from enrollment through completion. She is always ready to help, problem-solve, and support students whenever needed, barring the occasional truly unforeseen circumstance.
Nicole is constantly innovating new ways to improve the student experience while keeping the heart of the school grounded in authenticity and care.
