Pam Vjestica - Owner
Hello, I’m Pam Vjestica, and I’ve been navigating the exciting world of real estate for over two decades. Proudly serving as a Broker Associate and Real Estate Instructor in Florida, my journey began back in 1984 when I planted roots in the Sunshine State.
Before my Florida days, I had the privilege of contributing to one of Ontario’s top 3 Real Estate teams for a solid 9 years. Over my career, I’ve facilitated transactions exceeding $18 million and even earned an award for being a top negotiator – a testament to my passion for the art of the deal.
Beyond the transactions, I’m a licensed Real Estate instructor who’s had the pleasure of sharing knowledge at two of Pinellas County’s top-notch schools. As a member of the Pinellas Realtor Organization and the National Association of Realtors, I’m committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
But beyond the accolades, I genuinely believe that hard work, dedication, and staying true to ourselves pave the way to realizing our dreams.
